As part of the Junior Suite Cabin with Balcony and Suite Service 'package' you get 'Premier Service'
Don't get too excited, as this is a little 'lack lustre'.
One of these 'perks' is Continental Breakfast in Bed for ONE day of the week, which must be booked by 6:00PM the day before by calling Room Service on 7300 or Reception on 5555
Delivery Times
You can select 30 minute slots from 7:00AM through to 10:00AM (eg 7:00-7:30, 7:30-8:00 etc)

Sounds OK... although on an 'adult only cruise' Choco Pops, Frosted Flakes and Rice Krispies?
Delivery
First week delivery was within the chosen slot - maybe even slightly early, but no problem...
The Anticipated Tray of Plenty...
The Review
First off, the large thermos style pot promised hot, freshly brewed coffee... yes! Just what we need... Oh dear... its hot water! I called Room Service...
Customer : Hello, I'm sorry, you missed our coffee from delivery, its only hot water...
Room Service : No, I think we remembered... please check your tray...
Customer : (haha to themselves) I see our mistake!
Muesli
Mmm, looked like it had been soaking since we left the port (12 hours before) and had a ration of maybe 3 tablespoons of muesli to a full bowl of milk. Looked so unappetizing, I left it... And I hate wasting food!
Fresh Bakery Selection
Yes, probably was extremely fresh the day it was baked... but tasted more like it had been baked days or many, many hours before, then chilled...
Toast
Good - was just about warm, and even had decent amount of jams and marmalades to choose from...
The Positives
We were one deck above the Market Place, so could 'bolster' the meagre supplies.
The Negatives
As prior comments, plus no co-ordination between 'balcony cleaning' notification and order deadline for above.
- Two sachets of coffee only
- Enough milk, hot water and sugars for about 6 mugs...
No coordination
We ordered a second continental breakfast the following week, and about 2 hours later found out that the balcony was being cleaned next morning, so we could not eat it outside... We had no time to change order, as 7300 seemed to not answer later in evening.
Not rocket science to:
- delay balcony cleaning till say 10:30
- provide advance notice - eg morning BEFORE operation
- Get Room Service to advise Balcony Cleaning is happening, when you order...
